I quit the same way. I had smoked for 20 years and quit about three years ago. You realy have to want to quit in your heart of hearts for anything to work. Good luck :O)

I'm 40 and it is harder for us to lose weight than that of someone in their 20's. We need to start a group:o)

I would like in. Idk if I can do it with the super bowl and Valentines day but I will give it all I can :o) my start weight as of today is 172. I would at least like to get to 166 by the 29th.

Added my stat and ready to start. Today so far I have done 10 sit yps and 20 side crunches on each side. When I get home i think i will take my dog for a walk ot do a little work out on the elliptical.

Did not stay on track yesterday and to top it off Aunt flow came. I'm not gonna get discuraged, this will only last a few day's.

I like fried cabbage and sausage. Just chop up cabbage and put it in a frying pan with about three table spoons of olive oil and let it cook on low/ med heat and then take a few links of mild sausage and cook them then add them to your cabbage with some pepper and let all that cook for about an hr.
