Make sure the monitor is right side up. If it's upside down it won't work properly.

There is no way in hell I would commit to a PT for a year. I have used PT's. I think good ones are totally worth it. But I have never been asked to make that long of a commitment. It's shady.

I have VIP tickets to her Chicago show in May. Can't wait to go. So how was your experience?

The first 5K I did where I was able to run the whole thing with no walk breaks. Happened in October 2012 at a race at Texas Motor Speeday.

I started running in January at 265. It can be done. I followed a C25K training program although it took me til just last weekend to actually finish an entire 5K running. I am now down to about 220. As others have said, go to a running store to get fitted. And listen to your body. If your knees or hips or ankles are sore,…

Great job and you are cute as a button!

Ennell all the way. Expensive but the work and they last a long time! Nothing else compares in my book.

I agree with others who said tech shirts are appreciated. And it would REALLY be nice if they weren't unisex. I like women's shirts that fit our shape. No big square cotton T's....I'll never wear it.

Find a running store and let them fit you.

If she says "like" one mor time, I'm going to reach through my TV screen and throttle her. My only hope is that one day she watches this season and can see what an immature, mean baby she is and grow up!

Wow, very inspirational. I'm down 110 and have about 90 more to go. I am anticipating loose skin too. That's OK. That's what plastic surgery is for! Good job and keep it up! You look great!

I weight myself everyday just to keep myself on track but only record my "official" weight once a week. I measure on the first of every month.

I think you are lucky. I sweat like a pig no matter what workout I am doing.

Demi Moore....in the early years.

Ennell all the way. They are expensive but they definitely keep the girls locked and loaded AND they last a very long time. Well worth the investment.

I had vertical sleeve gastrectomy on 5/20/11 and have lost over 100 pounds since then. I am about halfway to my goal. I do not regret it in any thus far. Make sure you have a very good surgeon who provides good aftercare (support groups, etc). One thing I heard over and over before I had surgery..."it's just a tool, you…

My top 3 favorite things about having lost 70 pounds: 1. Being able to walk without back pain. 2. Purging my closet of all my size 24 and up. 3. Knowing that I've only just begun and that this time I am going to go ALL THE WAY and STAY THERE!

I know you are so right. That is why I wanted to nip it in the bud now. A lifestyle change is what is required to lose and keep it off. I know I can still blow it by making bad choices. What I did this past week was a wake up call to me that they really MEAN it when they say "it's just a tool."
