I would increase intensity slowly. Possibly invest in a HR monitor just to be safe. The more you increase your fitness, the lower your natural HR will be, so it should just take some working up to. Stay safe!

Hey! I'm 25 and I'm looking to lose about 10-15lbs still before summer..But that all really depends on inches though honestly, because I've gained a significant amount of muscle that I'm not willing to part with! :D

Strength training! Stop burning off all the muscle off of your body, girl! If you are only doing cardio you have probably decreased your metabolism and are now at a maintenance for calories. Build some muscle. Eat all the foods. Lose the fats :)

Unfortunately surplus of sugar does weaken your immune system and make you more susceptible to getting sick. I actually never get sick until I eat a lot of sugar in one day...then I almost get sick guaranteed the next!

Can't love someone who doesn't love themselves. Not that an ultimatum is the answer but when someone doesn't care about themselves they are 100,000 times less attractive in my opinion. Taking care of yourself via career and your health is loving yourself. Peeps need goals!

No but I eat like 2000 cals a day. It always says I'd gain like 8 lbs in 5 weeks. Lol. So wrong.

I go through phases of heavy drinking (like 500-1500 cals worth of bud light) and I actually weigh less after a night of drinking...And don't gain it back. But I do dance a lot usually too ;)
