I by pass the 'gym' section and only use the pool or go to classes. I do go to aqua fit 3 times a week. I have painful joints do this suits me. However I have a big tum so what gym exercise would be good for that?

I have just re started with MFP. I am 5ft and weigh 195ibs my goal is 138lbs. I need support to make sure I weigh in each week and don't avoid the scales!!!! I would love to have other shorties as diet pals :smile:

I know how you feel. I am on Lithium and Sertraline. I was overweight any way but since taking lithium I have put on more. This of course could be down to eating too much. If I mention it to the doctor they just say the benifits out way the side effects. I plan to seriously try to lose weight so I can be honest if its me…

I spent a year at Rosemary Conely with 3 friends. We loved the Salacise exercise. We all lost around a stone but have put it back on. We are now embarking on bellydancing and burlesque for our dance fix.
