I hope you all don't mind but I'm going to jump in here too, I'll be starting my first fast today :) I'm going to try 18/6 and see how it goes

well he didn't just tell me to drink those and I'd be ripped, I was just asking if I really needed to drink that many, just those alone would take up half my calories for the day

Thanks, I was thinking it was a bit much considering I eat alot of chicken and haven't really had a problem getting protein.

I totally get that, it is like winning the lottery when the kids go to bed easily after a rough day.......mine did not tonight lol. I've been down the last 2 days and I think a big part of it is missing my mom too. I try to remind myself how lucky I am too because I really am. Thanks :)
