I started here on mfp two years ago and was doing great and then I went through a really hard time with the loss of my dad and I fell off the wagon. I'm back now and I'm ready to jump back in and start running again. Feel free to add me. I will be here everyday :)

Question for those 5' and under
How many calories do you try to net for the day? I'm set at 1200 right now and unless I exercise and net around 700 or so the scale will not move. Let me just say too that I have tried eating more calories and I consistently gain weight. To others who are NOT 5' and under: please do not tell me that eating under 1200 cals…

Pain in wrist help
I've noticed that anytime I try to do any body weight exercises using my wrist ( push-ups , bench dips ect) my left wrist really hurts. I have never broken it and don't remember hurting it at all. It's been this way for months for as long as I can remember. I can use weights with no problem. Would wrapping it help at all…

Q about Weider Stevia
I have been looking for Stevia and they only two brands I can find in my town are Weider and Equate. I've tried to do some research and have found out that some brands of Stevia are more of an extract than the real thing. Does anyone know if the Weider brand is an extract or the real deal? Thanks

HIIT how do you log your exercises ?
For those of you who do HIIT, how do you usually log your exercises? I can't find it in the exercises and I don't have a HRM to tell me how many calories I've burned.

Help, I need back, shoulder and neck strengthening exercises
If anyone know of some good exercises for back, shoulders, and neck I would be very appreciative. I've had problems with pain in these areas because my chest is fairly large, it was a problem even when I was 110lbs. I know I need to strengthen these areas to help support the weight. Thanks :)
