Ladies help please!!!!
I have found recently the cramps I'm getting durning TOM are getting worse, to the point where I'm curled up in a ball and don't want to move. I'm in so much pain right now. I've tried Midol and all those things and they do help a bit. I'm just wondering if anyone deals with this too and has any suggestions on how to lessen the pain.

I'm a big fan of putting a heating pad across my abdomen during cramps. They were much better when I was on birth control, but my doctors won't let me be on it anymore.0

if you are on birth control, then i would talk to a doctor about it...they may be able to switch it. also being pregnant helped me, you could always try that ;-)0

A heating pad helps, and believe it or not, a little bit of exercise helps me. I usually take some ibuprofen and use a heating pad for a bit if it's bad enough.0

I get it really bad too. I would suggest talking to your docter and asking about the mirena coil. It has transformed my periods and I can actually get out of bed now. However I still suffer from pain, although not as bad. I track my period and a day before I am due I take paracetomol and ibropuphen (sorry spelling), I also add more calcium and iron to my diet, a lot extra a couple of days before and throught the whole period. I take pain killers before the pain starts and keep myself topped up, I drink lots of water and eat lots of greens. I also have a hot water bottle when it gets terrible and do light streches. I am sorry you have to go through this, it is awful.0
