I definitely would keep going. May of next year is quite a ways away and I would not put off losing what I wanted to lose until then. You can have it altered no problem. Keep on doing what you're doing.

Totally, it's so great! I never used to drink water and now it's all I drink. Soda just tastes so sweet and gross to me now

I bought it today, I only got a chance to try it for about 10 mins while my little guy was napping, I really like it. I'll try it more when the kids go to bed tonight

High Intensity Interval Training, it can be done alot of different ways, you can google some HIIT workouts or look up some on youtube to give you a good idea of what they are.

It's not realistic for me to join a gym either since I'm at home with my 2 kids all the time so everything I do is from home as well
