  • I gree the time shouldn't matter, as long as you have on the same type of clothes you normally wear on you should be fine.
  • A pound or two for 1 week is great. Plus, remember muscle weighs more than fat. so by gaining more muscle you may not lose as much weight. Just keep your head up and take it one day at a time.

I never thought of doing a binder, because if you do it that way you can set up one section for arms, one for legs, one for core and then one that is a mixture of all three and you can pick a day that you want to work on one of the sections or you could mix all three and have 3-5 sections or how…
