I have fallen off the wagon for a while now, so I just started back yesterday so my goal for the week is to journal everything and stick to my workout schedule for the rest of the week, which means working out Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Rest is the best thing. I sprained my ankle over 2 months ago and I still can't do any kind of workouts, because it is always swollen. It's not like I'm on it 24/7 cause my work is at a desk job so I'm sitting all day.

No giving up, you can do this!!!! Just becasue you fall off the wagon for a day or two or a week, it doesn't matter as long as you get back up and start at it again. We are not perfect, so it is ok to fall and get back up again.

Yes it does! Combine it with having PCOS and it is twice as hard.

Sorry I have not tried that system. However, this site is great and the people her are wonderful. I'll be here two weeks this saturday and in my first week lost 6.6lbs and that was with out exercising because I have a sprained ankle that just won't get better. If I were you I would try this site out and follow the goals…
