Hello everyone! =)

My name's Ash and I'm from Illinois. I am married to a wonderful man and have three beautiful daughters. We're done having children and I'm ready to focus on me - being healthy and looking great.

I am currently between 160-165lbs (depends on the day) and have a goal of 125lbs. I will be starting the 30 Day Shred very soon.

So hello! Any advice/tips/etc. are all welcome and encouraged!

    I'm in central IL, near Champaign. I've been lurking here for a bit and have already learned so much! I'm happy I found such an awesome, supportive community for my weight loss journey.

    Ok I'm up north about an hour from Chicago. Yeah this site is great with great information as well.
