I LOVE her workouts! She's a very positive motivator and I love that. She helped me get started with exercising when I never exercised before and I've lost 45 pounds with her videos!

Get a Heart Rate Monitor for cardio and consider weight training as "icing on the cake". I have a Polar FT4. It's not too expensive and is way more accurate at calories burned than a machine or app. Happy exercising!

Been on the pill for probably 8 years. Never had a problem. I'm on it now and having no problem losing weight. It may make you retain a little water but that's it. Diet and Exercise, that's the key!

Hi everyone! I'm 28 years old. I've lost 28 pounds so far and have 57 more to go to get to my goal weight that I'd like to hit around spring of 2015. Feel free to add me, I don't have many active friends on here so some motivation and accountability would be great! :)
