Breastfeeding burns about 20 cal per ounce. So, if you know how much you are feeding, for example if you pump, then you can do the math. It is a great cal burn all said and done!

I am so glad to hear that I am not the only one out there wondering why the pounds are just coming off during breastfeeding. I have a two month old- been eating healthy and doing what I should be and.. nada... zilch.... IT is very frustrating.

Just found out that I am pregnant!!! Not hitting the pavement as hard as before but still managed to get it in 8 miles. Total for the month= 30 miles. Went out of town for the long weekend but went out again tonight for 12 miles. Nice ride! That brings my total to just 22 miles for the month.

Just did L2D5- I am sore all over and the workouts seem to get tougher rather than easier! I also have a new enemy- the squat and V raise things. BAh!
