I have heard a lot of people say they have done the following in this order and have had great results: 30 DS, Ripped in 30 then P90X. Best of luck!

I have had one natural birth and one c-section and I have that fold as well. Mine is not too bad but it still makes my stomach look weird without clothes on. It is better, but not sure it will ever be the way it was before the surgery. I guess I am just holding on to the hope that it will flatten out a lot more! Best of…

You are so right. I just increased my water intake (only around 64oz a day but it's a start) and the first two days I was in the bathroom non stop but today....not so much! I am slowly increasing it week by week. This is a hard adjustment for someone that only drank soda for years. But, I am going to make it to 100oz a…

I agree, you could try wearing something tight fitting to keep it from moving too much. May not completely keep it from moving but I am sure it would be better then it is now.

Saaaame thing happened to me! I was under by quite a bit yesterday but only have 4 calories left today. I am starting over fresh this weekend. I am going to get outside and move and try not to over indulge. We can do this! Here is to getting on the right path! :drinker:

I would like to get down to 150-160lbs, I am at 177 now. At 5'7" myself I know I could go lower but don't want to I guess. So I too would like to lose another 20! Here's to kicking that 20 to the curb!! :drinker: We can do this!!! No matter what the goal is!

Love it!!!

Sending you a friend request now

Yep, thats the one. Comes as three workouts. Normally you do level one for 10 days, then move on to level two for 10 days...you get the picture. I find that it is challenging but so worth it! I love it! I have built up some serious muscles in my arms and my abs, not that I can see them yet under all this pudge but I know…

Congrats! You have made great progress! You should be very proud!!

See! Thats what we were all saying before. You dont need to see the numbers on the scale to know you are losing. Congrats on your NSV! :drinker:

I didn't do all that great last week but I am now back and kicking butt!! You can do this, but only if you want to. Your mindset has everything to do with this journey. Look at the weight you have lost so far, you were doing fantastic. Just jump back into things and keep telling yourself that you NEED to do this and you…

I'm 5'7" and currently 179lbs. I started at 200 (not my biggest) and would like to be around 145 but if I hit the 150's or even 160's and am happy there I will stay.

We were introduced by a girl that I went to cosmetology school with. He wouldnt look at me, just stared straight ahead (he was sitting in his car) I thought he was extremely attractive but I was seeing someone so I held off. Then soon after I became single again he sent me a message on MySpace and asked if I wanted to go…

I don't know if it is really the best thing to do but I usually ease up on the weekends. I still workout but don't kill myself over some pizza and beer. You have to live....you wouldnt stick with this long if you didnt allow yourself the things you love....just in moderation! Hope that helps! Best of luck to you!…

I don't have money to go to the gym so I use the dvd's. Each day I do like 15-30 minutes worth. But whatever you can do at this point is great! Start walking, go as far as you can and try to go further each week. Then add in some cardio. If you think you can do all this now then more power to you! I have noticed that…

I always put it under circuit training, and usually burn 324 calories or so for 29 minutes worth. Hope that helps!

Glad to hear it! Best of luck to you!!

However I do agree with having children after you get married. Having to share your child with their other parent is no fun and I am sorry I have to do this. I do have a daughter with my husband and we were married 3 yrs before she arrived. Wouldn't change having my kiddos for the world, just wish I was a little older when…

I was 22 when I married my husband. Granted it was young but I had a little girl when I was 19 and had been through so much already that I wanted to settle down and get married. I wouldnt change it for the world. I love being a stay at home Mom, it is very rewarding knowing that I am the reason my girls are so smart and…

You may only need tto do that for a few days to get your body back into weight loss mode. I wish you the best of luck though! I have lost 21 and need to lose another 30. Slow process but so worth it!
