I usually bake my chicken. I put them in the baking dish, season them and add about a half a cup of water so they dont dry out. Cover with tin foil and bake away! (Remove tin foil about 15 mins before taking them out to brown the tops) Hope that helps!

I agree, when I do the 30 Day Shred I sweat soooo much and feel like I will surely die! It has to be more then the 317 calories it gives me. Hmmmm....I will be anxious to see what others say!

Actually it could help work it out of there. I had a kidney stone a few months back so I can relate. I would try a little at a time but you should probably ask your doctor just to be safe.

I have isses with carbs as well as stress...unfortunately. I seem to be a stress/bored eater and it is killing my progress! As hard as I try to cut back on my carbs I seem to crave them more. Maybe we can work through this together! :bigsmile:

Lol! I say the same thing to Jillian on a daily basis. But I agree, I will be moving on to Ripped after I complete 30DS and then P90X :smile:

I usually weigh myself the same day of the week, when I first wake up after using the bathroom. But, I do weigh myself usually daily to keep track of my progress as well. It seems to keep me accountable and aware. :happy:

Just dooooo itttttttt! I am only down 19lbs but I need to size down from a 16. I put them on and they look great but an hour later I have baaaaad saggy butt and I have to keep hauling them up. I say you have nothing to lose so try them on and do a happy dance when they fit! :happy:

That's really too bad! I'm sorry he feels like he needs to bring you down. Maybe he will wake up and realize that you are trying to better yourself and he needs to stand behind you on this journey. I hope things get better for you real soon! I have hubby issues as well but not about my weight thank god!

I started this journey at 200lbs and was a 38DD but when I am at 145lbs or so I am a 36C....so yes I believe you will go down but you shouldnt lose them. :smile:

I know when I do some workouts the instructor says to do squats with your legs hip width apart and do them everyday, there are many that you can do to work that area out. I know they burn after a while and I can see a difference in my thighs already :)

I guess it's a toss up between Korn/Mudvayne/Ten Years and Hinder....I got to touch Austin Winkler (lead singer for Hinder) and he dripped sweat on me. I thought I was going to die lol! :)

I always look at my sodium and that is the culprit 99% of the time. Hope you start losing again soon!
