So in other words he really isnt being supportive at all. I'm sorry, that is unfortunate. I dont have that problem with y husband but I do with others....it's no fun to feel like you are always struggling and someone else is having it way easier then you. I have learned that I can;t control others and that I need to worry…

I'm not a new Mom by any means (Mommy to an 8 year old and a 16 month old) but feel free to add me!

Congrats that is awesome! Keep up the great work! :drinker:

I took myself off them a few years ago and it was hard but I think I did it too fast. You may experience some bouts of being light headed and just plain feeling weir but after a week of not being on them you may go through the "withdrawls" and be okay. Good luck! I would actually call your dr and see what he or she says…

I know I have to change things up so maybe your body is just getting use to what you are doing? I walk 3-4 times a week for at least an hour and do a lot of cardio at home.

Congrats that must have made you feel fantastic! :)

Welcome, and best of luck to you! Feel free to add me! :)

Thank you! I am doing really well today, on my second 32oz cup of water which is huge for me! Normally I would drink anything but! :)

Funny you say that, I bought six a couple weeks ago and they actually lasted a while. I may have to go to the store and grab a few just to have in case I need something with some flavor. Thanks for reminding me! :) Loooooove them! :flowerforyou:

Best of luck to you on kicking this habit! Feel free to add me and we can support each other with this!

My husband actually brought home some Cherry Coke Zero and I was like I will try it....however I didnt like it much. Maybe that was a good thing. I am going to try and get my caffiene another way....not sure how other then a cup of tea but it may work. At least I am hoping! Best of luck to you on quitting as well!
-
I have heard that it can cause you to crave sugar more....another reason why I kicking the habit! I need to curb my sweet cravings, they are killing me! Kudos to you for being able to drink that one and never look back! :drinker:

Thats what I was thinking, maybe I will be less bloated! Not to mention the money, its at least 10-12 bucks every two weeks so its a savings, no matter how small! I am thinking I will drink a cup of tea at night for the caffeine if I need it. (I get a headache sometimes if I havent had any soda.) Thank you for the support!
-
Thanks! I have set a goal for myself to lose 15 pounds this month because my husbands cousin is getting married and its a pretty big deal so I wanna look hot!! Plus I havent seen his family in about a year so they would be shocked :)
-
Congrats to you! I am hoping my mid section will benefit from this :)

I probably should have added that we drink diet soda....but I always feel gross after drinking it so I cant imagine what it is doing to my body. I am sticking with water!! :)

I would invest in some comfortable shoes with lots of support. It does get better with time, you just have to keep pushing through it. I know when I first started walking my legs would be sore for days but I continued to walk every day just so I wouldnt give up. :) Hope they feel better soon! Maybe soak them tonight....

I have put up with so much already and I feel like I am a failure if I give up now. I mean we have a beautiful baby girl together that adores he Daddy. How do I take her away from this house? He will fight tooth and nail for her but I would never go without my babies! :)

I have a friend that is having a baby in March but thats a pretty long time from now....he wants me to get a job NOW. Even if it means I work nights and never see him. :( Kinda stings ya know?
-
That is very true. He could very well be depressed....just wondering if he would ever want to get help. Maybe if he sees what it is doing to me he will!
-
My thoughts exactly! He has been worse in the last couple years. Our friends dont come over anymore because he is constantly degrading me in front of them. Its sickening.
-
Exactly!!!! It's not worth my kids sitting in front of the tv all day at the daycare providers....thanks but no thanks. I have seen many providers that have too many kids and cant handle it!
-
I couldnt agree more which is why part of me wants to get out now but I am trying as hard as I possibly can to stick it out and see if we can make it work.
-
Thats a fantastic idea, thank you! i will try that!

I really think he just resents me not working. He is constantly throwing it in my face and it's getting old. I have applied at the local hospital for a per diem position as a CNA but the position I want hasn't opened up yet. I don't want to work full time because that means I have to put both my girls in daycare which…

I have five, four of which I love. I dislike the one on my arm because it is poorly done and cannot be hidden if I want to wear something dressy. Like a dress with no sleeves. I am ashamed frankly but I have learned to live with it. I have nautical stars on each of my calves, a symbol meaning "vow" between my shoulders and…

I'm also 5'7" and I started out at 195, down to 185 now. My goal is 145-150 depending on how I feel I guess. Best of luck on your weight loss journey!
