Got off work a little early today. Water 100oz(the day is not over)!!!!!! and jumping jacks done. . Boy does that feel GREAT. Thank GOD for that extra support bra. I brought @ Wally world(AKA) walmart!!!!.

I workout at 5:30 in the morning. Before I go to the gym. I drink water only. After workouts (about an 1hr after). I have a protein shake(GNC lean) . But if you are so hungry in the morning when you wake up; than means you didn't eat enough the day before.

i use kale as a side dish veggie. I cut up peppers(all colors), onions (green and white) and put in a pot with low soduim chicken broth for 3-5 mins, It's great, no salt needed.
