Hahaha, there's a series of kids' races around here too where every kids' bib # is 1. I call it the "politically correct" race. Seriously, what is wrong with having other numbers?

Bananas are the only fruit I pretty much eat as is...and I always go over my sugars too.

I love the Oreo McFlurry myself, but I try to stay away from McD's as much as possible. It's horrifying how many calories can be in something that seems so innocuous...such as, a salad, a smoothie, or even a wrap. You THINK you're trying to be healthy, but it's really not. So frustrated.

Chew sugarless gum...although I end up chewing practically the whole pace at once sometimes. Drinking water also helps.

I like the hula hoop on the Wii Fit too. It's definitely not as easy as it sounds, especially when you're doing it for 3+ minutes AND having to catch the hula hoops being thrown to you too!

I usually drink protein shakes on only my workout days, but I've had good results with building muscle and recovering faster from workouts. As far as weight loss, I don't really see lbs lost, just inches really. I use the Just Be Natural brand...yes, it's a bit pricey, but they're seriously the best-tasting shakes you can…
