I am on day 5. I try to walk before I do the shred, usually about 2 miles. The soreness does improve. I am much less sore now after day 5 than on any of the previous days. Best of luck!

Been 4 times. Occidental and Fiesta Americana are great. Allegro is OK. I went for diving, so if you are not a scuba diver, snorkeling is a must. If you are a diver, you will love the walls. If you snorkel the shallow reefs at Palancar and Cedral are just lovely. Santa Rosa wall was my favorite wall dive and Maracaibo was…

Like the other posters have said...please go see a physician. The thirst and frequent urination are hallmark signs of diabetes. Despite your blood sugars being "normal", your physician can do a hemoglobin A1C test to see what your average glucose has been ranging over the past few months. I hope for you that it is not…

I wrote blogposts about this topic just this week (feel free to read). When you don't lose weight, celebrate your NSVs. They are just as important to the journey as the scale is.
-
I just wrote some blogposts about the scale and the numbers...feel free to read. I am a daily weigher, btw...

I am 5 years out from RnY gastric bypass. You can see my blog for my story. My advice is to do your research, go to a information session at a Bariatric Center of Excellence, and then make a decision. Surgery was right for me, but it is not right for everyone.

So happy for you...awesome NSV!

^^^^^^ TOTALLY agree with Scott! I have also found that as a woman, I definitely have a pattern of weight gain/loss. I will lose one week, gain the next, lose, then gain over the course of a month. I am pre-menopausal and you can probably guess my gain weeks. However, by logging my weight each week, I have noticed this…

I have always liked my eyes...they are blue~ and with great depth~ Since losing weight, I really love my collarbones. I now realize that I HAVE them, and man, are they sexy : ) On a serious note, I like that I am a nurse. Nursing is an art and a science, and I blend them together well to help humanity in crises~

I grew up hearing the same thing...and I truly believe that this mindset contributed to my obesity... When going out to eat, my advice would be to get a to-go box first and put half of your portion in that before you start eating. When eating in, use a salad plate instead of a dinner plate.

I recommend a chiropractor also~
