I ate the ice cream sandwich the other day and I loved it, other than the fact that I wish there was less ice cream in the middle because it made it kind of hard to eat haha, I thought it it tasted extremely normal and realllllllly good

It's not bad at all but you might notice better results if you just bumped that breakfast to your first part of the day :) Breakfast should also be your biggest meal of the day and lunch smaller and dinner smallest :)

Seriously concerned for you (even though i'm sure you blow it off all the time) but even more concerned if you got pregnant or had children, it's an awful environment to be in. I really hope he gets help or you leave, I know it's hard being in love with somebody like this but I've seen these situations go from bad to worse…
