I'm at 4427 today. Still keeping track to stay honest even though it's just maintenance.

Happens a lot. Hence why they took Tech Support off newsfeed. UA don't want to help. Don't bother paying for Premium. Waste of money. You don't get Priority Tech Support they still ignore requests :'(

3900 today.

3653 as of today

Congrats.

They used to long ago but since UA purchased them the site has become overly bloated and communications has become virtually non existent.

Just found this group. I turned 54 this year, went from a couch potato in 2010, lost 100 pounds from May that year until 12 months later just cutting back and getting to the gym. Did my first 5k at the Susan G Koman in Raleigh, NC that year. Since then I've completed 28 1/2 Marathons, 4 Full Marathons, 50k and 50 Mile…

I really wouldn’t stress over a few extra steps a day. In the grand scheme of things those amount to a tiny percentage ☺️

Request sent :)

Congrats. That's quite a commitment. I just joined the 3000 Day club today.
-
Congrats on reaching 3000 days. That’s a pretty rare thing to stay that consistent and focused. It would be pretty interesting to find out how many of us 3k days MFP’rs are out there. Keep it up and keep inspiring others.

Not this year. Went for Chicago instead for the first time. MCM is a great race though.

Have you ever thought about a support group such as OA? My wife has similar issues and found having such a group can be very helpful.

Just found this and was wondering who are long timers on MFP. Today I reached 2520. My wife and I started on this because someone from our gym recommended it. It's the first one we found that really helped us so thanks MFP. Have made a lot of cross social site friends from here, Fitbit, Garmin and Facebook, several of us…

I'm at 2480 today.

This is a ridiculous lawsuit. Anyone who relies on any non medical device to measure their heart rate is fooling themselves. These people need to do more research and stop wasting the court's time and money. Use your own perceived effort, not using a consumer device to tell you something you can feel. WTH did everyone do…

allrecipes.com is a good source for lots of stuff including healthy snacks.

Google "healthy soups" then go to allrecipes.com and enjoy ;)

If you are not Vegan/Vegetarian, then some Beef, Fish, like Salmon or any other food with lots of Protein and a limited amount of Fat. Also try to just go for Walks and limit Cardio type exercise in between weight/resistance training.

Welcome all to the Garmin Connect Group. Sorry, I'd almost given up so hadn't checked for a long time. If anyone has any suggestions of how to improve the group, hints, etc please let me know. I'm only too happy to help anyone with problems, goals, etc. Have a great week guys :)

Don't you have somewhere else you have to be?

Over shot my goal by 15lbs because of over zealousness and took over a year to correct. Decided eventual goal based on peak running/racing. Really did not know at start to be honest.

Listen!....do you want to know a secret?..........

Her smile blinded me

That is an excellent idea and one I'll mention if the person is looking for something like this :)
