hillshire turkey is super high in sodium. If I ate a whole container I'd puff up like a stuck pig

Copycat. This "witty, sarcastic" thread has been done before.

AGREE (with you, OP)

You're heavier to begin with so I guess you could lose upwards of 20 lbs by then if you really buckle down. Truthfully though, on 300 lbs you'll barely notice in your appearance. BUT, you will FEEL worlds different by that time if you've put 100% into your diet and fitness program. That will make a huge difference as far…

same!! I swim, too ;) I have never been this happy. I could literally cry thinking about what it has done for me!

it.has.changed.my.life. If it did NOTHING for my body I would be shouting from the rooftops to GO FOR IT! That said, it has completely changed my body. I know that not all classes are created equal. I tried a few places before finding my studio. It is the most challenging and satisfying workout I have ever done. Easily.

I spend less. I know because I've tracked it very carefully since nov 2011 when I started this. I buy so much less filler and junk food....soda...etc....our meals are really simple. When I was baking I would buy so many ingredients for each meal. Now, it's a head of broccoli or a couple of zucchinis and some lean…

What sidesteal said. I am up 3.5 from yesterday and that was with doing 90 min of yoga, a 5k mud run, hiking for an hour and zip lining (which involved a ton of running up and down a hill). Calories were in control. For whatever reason my weight was up. No clue why. I'm not stressed. It's obviously not fat that I gained.

You are overweight. BUT, it appears you carry it in your thighs rather than your stomach. Stomach/mid-section fat is dangerous. I would take the "morbidly obese" diagnosis with a grain of salt based on that. Someone who carries a lot of weight in their mid-section is a lot more at risk. Focus on eating the right kinds of…

The 12s are roomy. I assure you, I do buy it for yoga purposes only. I have never worn my lulu clothes around town. I wouldn't risk wearing them out lol! I have 4 pairs of pants that I rotate. They are the best for staying in place and keeping things tucked in while I'm practicing. I spent more on them but I have friends…

You're annoying. I don't care for it myself, but whatever. And FYI, your grocers deli isn't a good choice, I can almost guarantee that. Ooooh, a turkey and cheese sandwich loaded with 1000s of mg of sodium is so healthy and awesome. I'd rather eat a mcd hamburger.

I stay under 1000. No salt added tuna fish no sodium whole wheat bread from TraderJ no salt seasoning (I use costco organic no salt or mrs. dash) basically, I stay away from things like canned soups, boxed things, cottage cheese, packaged meats- I am really careful about looking at the sodium before I buy. I was about to…

it doesn't look any different to me, really. You are standing differently in them which accounts for the change imo. That said, you look great!

whoever recommended five guys over Mcd- why? Its WAY higher in calories and fat. Anyway, I wouldn't eat it. I'd throw something in my purse and call it a day. I get sick if I eat it. But, if you have to (which means you want to) eat something- I would get a salad with nothing on it except veggies.
-
Speaking for myself...I can work out every day and if my diet isn't right, I won't lose. On the flip side, I can get only day to day exercise but if my diet is on point, I will lose. That said, I stick to my yoga and swimming and keep my diet in check because that's when I feel the best and look the best

I hate DQ. It tastes fake and waxy to me. But, if you love it and want to treat yourself once in a while, go for it! I'd rather splurge on a serving of chips and guacamole :) that's my treat food!

I eat chicken breast a lot. I use evoo and no salt seasoning and it's very low in sodium

Take a shot of olive oil in the morning or toast an English muffin and pour olive oil onto it...handful of almonds, an avocado. Honestly, I could get to 1200 just by eating a few things. Wild sockeye salmon is a perfect high calorie protein for dinner.

i have no idea how busy your life is, of course, but could you ask them if they would mind if you cooked dinner a few nights a week? Maybe just to get the conversation/dialogue going?

I'm doing one on august 4...just plan on continuing with my normal stuff which is yoga and swimming 5 days a week. Its stress-free fun, you can take "detours" if you aren't comfortable with the obstacle in front of you. Have fun!

I may have to become more involved on here if this is the case!

wow, you are so beautiful! (I looked at your profile) Sorry life's been tough for you lately. I felt compelled to respond to your post- I never like seeing someone feel defeated.

You don't get to just close the topic. When you post something this ridiculous/unhealthy, expect people to respond and give you advice. It's for your own good.

I keep clementines around...they usually do the trick, especially if they are good ones. Nice and sweet and about 50 cal
