Keto for life. 18 months ago I made the change and I've never looked back!

Keto for life. Like someone else said, I could write a book on why.

I got one and returned it. I guess I don't really care how many steps I'm taking a day etc. I just go for it and let the chips fall where they may. Not worth the money for me and I didn't find it to be comfortable

Let me know if you have any questions- I love talking about keto :)

Hey! I'm 5'2, down about 50 lbs.... Here's a few, headed into the 140's pictures,

A tbsp of real cream and a few drops of sweet leaf stevia drops- my favorite is the cinnamon. Sometimes I'll add some nutmeg or cinnamon. Coffee any other way is blech :) ( I use a nespresso machine or a French press- i prefer very strong coffee)

Try not to worry about what others think, though it's easier to say that than to do it. Personally, I don't care for that look myself, so i do other things. If you like that look and you like lifting and you like the way it makes you feel, do it!

Take a few minutes every day and start with simple bridge and camel poses (google if you aren't familiar) It should be a gradual thing.

maybe he's depressed because his wife comes on here and talks crap about it. Get a clue.

The complaining about their diets is dumb. Generally speaking, it's annoying for a gathering to include diet talk unless everyone is into it. I'd never dream of going somewhere and being a downer or acting ungrateful. That's rude. That said, I fail if I'm not "all in". Trust me, I wish it weren't the case, but it is. I…

You need to see a therapist. You have to learn how to love the body that's been given to you. Be thankful you have your legs and "rolls" and everything else. You could be in a freaking wheelchair or worse. Bottom line, seek professional help. Good luck

Oh that's so cute! :drinker: :indifferent:

Is this even real? You aren't going to get fat from spray butter. Even if you're a weirdo and use 40 sprays, you'll be fine.

Uh, mine is real food. When I have one I do: Powder Almond milk Spinach Unsalted almond butter Flaxseed

my child. My husband and I have discussed it and we agree that we would BOTH save our son first. So, to the dude who posted that I'm an *kitten* for doing so and that I wouldn't have the guts to tell my spouse...WRONG. We are both 100% at peace with that decision.

Not my style. Not saying she isn't a strong and dedicated woman, good for her for reaching her goals, just not a look I like.

Yes, it has changed my life. I do it 5 times a week. It has completely changed my body. It is also BY FAR the most challenging thing (exercise-wise) that I have taken on in my adult life. I know it isn't for everybody though!
-
GREAT WORK! That's amazing :) As you know, Yoga changed my life, too. Awesomeness!
-
Amazing. Thanks.

Big whoop regarding that article. She's probably a weak person and the show triggered it. The show didn't CAUSE it. End of story. That said, I'd rather watch VS any day.

Im on 1200 and I am far from starving. The starving comments are so stupid. I've averaged a pound per week since I came back here and got serious- which was 9 months ago. It's been steady and as healthy as it can be. I've never felt better. You can eat a hell of a lot of food if you choose the right things on 1200/day.

Because I feel like crap if I have too much of it. I get terrible headaches and swell up. My fingers ache. I look terrible, lots of puffiness etc...plus, generally, things that contain a lot of sodium aren't things that I want to be consuming on any kind of a regular basis. Add in the health issues that can accompany it…

I think it is. I didn't participate in the meal plan when I went to college. I was too concerned about gaining. I had a small fridge in the dorm and I kept fruits and veggies handy. I did chicken on the george foreman. I did miss going to the caf with my friends but I will say that they ALL gained about 15-20 lbs that year…

I stay under 1000 per day. I use fresh herbs and no salt seasonings like mrs. Dash and Kirkland organic no salt. I do care about my intake because I feel like crap if I eat too much of it and have terrible headaches and look like a swollen pig. I buy very low sodium tuna, no sodium bread, I avoid things like lunch meats…

How about trying to lose the old fashioned way? You know, with a lot of hard work and discipline. 400 cal a day? I am so sure.
