Thanks for posting this! It is sooooo true. I think everyone should print this out and put it next to their scale at home!

I just completed Week 7 Day 2 today...that's a 25 minute run. I gotta say, when you first start you're gonna doubt yourself. Even in week 5, coming up to that first 20 minute straight run, you are REALLY going to doubt yourself. But this whole running thing is as much mental as it is physical. Three months ago, I couldn't…

I'll add you! I'm 5'3" (barely) and was up to 144 lbs! I was looking very porky. Now I'm down to 120, and while I probably could stand to lose 5 more lbs I am also relatively happy with my current body shape! Hope we can support each other! :)

I love your attitude! SO confident. And I think you look gorgeous and sexy in your profile photo! Hats off to you!!!

I think it's absolutely RIDICULOUS that she expects taxpayers to fund her weightloss, simply because she's too lazy to get off her fat behind. Sorry if that's rude...but she did this to herself, and unless she learns hard lessons about nutrition and exercise, she will simply gain back whatever weight she loses through the…

I love the Amy's brand organic burritos. They are huge, relatively healthy, and taste delicious!

I am friends with a girl doing the HCG diet and being so dangerously strict with calories...and she's posting about how she lost 11 lbs in a week...and I just want to yell at her that the weight is gonna come RIGHT BACK after she stops this nonsense. But she's like 19 yrs old and wants a quick fix without a lifestyle…

Holy cow, what a difference!!! You look amazing!

I tend to believe this!!!

I like the name Buddy. I just want to snuggle him against me and kiss him all over! CONGRATS!

Have, and would again. I generally am not very attracted to skinny boys. I like men who make me feel tiny. That being said, plus size is okay, but horribly out of shape is not. I want someone who can keep up with my energy level. My boyfriend is definitely in the overweight BMI range, but I think he's sexy as hell. So…

I have dabbled in online dating throughout the years, and always had better luck with guys I met online than the losers I would meet on a Friday night at the bar! In fact, I met my current love online (not through MFP) and we have been happily dating for almost 2 years, and living together for 9 months. It all started with…

Brownies! I could easily eat 3 pans in one sitting if they had no calories!

I feel the same as you, girl. I'm not planning to have a baby in the next year or two, but a few years from now I hope to finally have one. And honestly, after all the struggle with losing and keeping weight off...well, it scares me that I'll undo all my progress with a pregnancy. Especially after seeing it happen to ALL…

I think you should eat at least half of your exercise cals! For one, you're active...so you're netting lower than your BMR, most likely! This can stall weight loss. Second of all, you're in the home stretch of your weight loss...so upping your cals for a slower loss will be beneficial in easing into maintenance mode. Third…

I'm divorced, and my current boyfriend is also divorced. It's not taboo anymore! :) As long as they are a good person, who cares what their marital status is?

Welcome Rechla! This site is absolutely amazing. It really keeps you accountable and gives you every tool you need to be successful (well, except willpower...but that's what good MFP friends are for!). Feel free to add me!

I'm 7 weeks in...here are a few pointers... :) 1) Invest in running shoes. If you're going to start seriously running, your feet will thank you! 2) Jog slowly. I'm still jogging at about 4.5 mph. Snails could pass me. But the endurance is so much better when you pace yourself! 3) Try to develop a breathing pattern that…

Welcome!! :) I just today completed Week 7 Day 1. The program works, you just have to believe in it, and have faith in yourself. Signing up for 5K's is a great motivator. I still need to sign up for one myself, but I've been plenty motivated without it. Here's my best advice for you....jog SLOWLY. Endurance comes first.…

I hold it in my hand...it's a blackberry flip phone, so they don't make good arm bands for it! I've kinda gotten used to holding it, because I don't want to go running without it!

Big Bang Theory How I Met Your Mother Friends Everybody Loves Raymond LOST Sex and the City Love these shows. If they had rerun marathons of any of these, I'd probably be glued to the tv all day! :)

I would have to say this is the first time in my life that I've been truly fit! I was always a very thin child, who at whatever I wanted! LOL I hated gym class and never did sports. I couldn't run to save my life. While I'm not as skinny as I was at 18 years old, I am in much better cardiovascular shape! :) Yay for fitness!

I've gotta try this! I looooove pumpkin!

I do this once in a while. We all do! We are human and we have tons of cravings at times! :)

I am starting Week 7 on Tuesday! Crazy to think about, cause even week 1 was difficult at first! Keep with it and it WILL get easier! And friend me if you'd like support. I am the slowest runner ever, I think...so I truly consider myself a beginning runner! :)

You look fabulous!!!! <3

I think I'm most like Leonard...Geeky and good-hearted, and at times a bit sarcastic!

Looks don't make that much of a difference to me....the guys I've dated range so far in looks and build, it would make your head spin. While I do have to be physically attracted to a guy to see a relationship forming, personality and compatibility can play a BIG part in how attractive a guy is! I met the man I'm with now…
