I would love to be more comfortable in my skin by mid April when we go on a family trip to Cancun! I'm not sure what weight that will be, but I'm hoping for about a 30 lb loss by then to put me back in a size 8ish!

Increase the protein in your meals and you’ll feel fuller. It’s funny how around 40 everything just starts to go to crap if you aren’t mindful about your food choices… :|

Hey ladies, I just joined this group. My DD will be 5 months old next week, and instead of continuing to lose weight as time goes on, I'm actually up about 8 lbs from my low post-pregnancy weight. I was up about 6 lbs between Thanksgiving and Christmas. I ate a TON of cookies and cakes and candies...and I ate a ton of meals at restaurants! :) The good news is, 2 lbs have fallen off in the past 2 days. On my way back to low 120's, here I come!

I give myself a 5 pound range. My goal is about 122, and if I hit 127, i know I'm really slipping up. Moreso than the number on the scale is the way my pants fit me. I can immediately tell if I've been slacking because my pants get a wee bit tight and uncomfy! LOL
