I'm in! :) We should look up some positive affirmations that we can put on the group home page, stuff that we can read every day to remind us of the amazing things that our bodies and minds are able to do every day! :)

What an AMAZING week for you!! How did you accomplish 100 miles of walking in October?!? What was your plan and how did you achieve it!?!? I'm so impressed!

Today, my fiance finally was offered a job in his field! I am also down 2 lbs this week. AND I won $20 on a scratch off lotto ticket tonight! Life is good <3

I'm barely 5'3" and my ultimate goal is 118 lbs and a size 4! I'm currently 125 lbs and a size 6, so I'm happy with myself now, but I would love to hit my ultimate goal!

Yay! I've lost a car tire! Go me!

Girl, I'm in the opposite dillemma! I had not much boob to begin with, and since losing 20 lbs most of it has vanished with the rest of my fat. Grr! Can someone please invent a boob transplant, please? Two satisfied customers for the price of one!

Girl, it's gotta come from within you! When I slipped off the wagon months ago, I figured "oh well. what's a few lbs" and it took me several months for those few lbs to really start bugging me. It took me a while to realize that I was falling into old habits, and THAT was what inspired ME to change. For you, it may be…

I'm 5'3" on a good day (when I stand on my tiptoes, that is, hehe) Feel free to add me!

I agree than one hour is plenty of exercise each day! You deserve some down time, after your previously hectic crazy life! :) I'm excited for you!!

Weight loss is such an "all-or-nothing" mentality for so many people. You go from indulging and enjoying every type of food and snack, to completely cutting out EVERYTHING that you enjoy. And you want to see immediate progress for all that you've given up. Unfortunately, you didn't gain all that weight overnight, and it…

I'm a registered nurse working in oncology! Super rewarding job, but very stressful at times!

I was committed to MFP hardcore for the first half of this year, lost like 24 lbs, and then became a slacker and gained a bit back! I need some new friends who are active...most of the oldies have dropped away like I did months ago! :) Anyone feel free to add me if you like to give and receive motivation!

I'm curious what you are doing for exercise to lose weight? I have been skinny fat in the past, so even at 115 lbs I had some cellulite and plenty of jiggle. I have been cursed with large thighs and calves as well, and the only thing I can really do is exercise to keep the muscles firm and tight. I find that running or…

I want in, even though I'm a week late getting started! I really want to be back in AWESOME shape by end of November, which means I have about 10 lbs to lose in order to get there! Last week I was 127, and this week I'm 125 since crawling back on the wagon, so I'm on the right track! Anyone can friend me if you want…

My redline foods are: 1) Chips and salsa (when eating at a mexican restaurant...I over-indulge EVERY damn time) 2) Ice Cream from a carton (hard to put down and stop!) 3) French Fries (which is why I order a kid's size when I go to McD's) 4) Fun Size Chocolate Bars (Mmmm..SNICKERS!!)

Yes, I have read that carbonated sodas basically sap all of the calcium out of your bones, leading to osteoporosis. I will occasionally have a glass of regular coke, but otherwise NO soda for me. I am hoping that I am less hungry as a result of giving it up, but so far I feel like the hunger level is just about the same. I…

Awww, no one!? I guess it's just me! :) haha

You look fabulous!!! :-D

I finished the program back in late April, and was running about 2 miles in 30 minutes (very SLOW runner, haha). I kinda fell off the running wagon for a month or two afterwards, due to the intense heat we were getting here in MD, but now I'm back at it on the treadmill and fell back into my old swing pretty easily. Push…

What a FABULOUS transformation!!! What was it about Body Revolution that kept you hooked? I've done some of her 30DS and I had trouble staying with it because I got a bit bored and frustrated! Anyway, you look AMAZING! Did you take measurements? I bet you lost dozens of inches total!

Hummus! And Cottage Cheese. The textures just are YUCK to me...

I think that long stringy muscle in the last pic is maybe an oblique?? You look GREAT! BTW, love the oreos package in the one picture....LOL!!!

I'm a med-surg oncology nurse and back in school for my MSN in education! Feel free to add me!

I had been on ortho tri cyclen for about 6 years and stopped it after my divorce...my moods improved and my sex drive increased by a ton, but I had longer and heavier periods with more cramping. Oh, I also dropped a few lbs without changing my diet or exercise! I hated having to go back on the pill...but I don't really…

I weigh myself before bed sometimes...and I'm routinely up 2-3 lbs...more than that if I had a big dinner! Don't fret...it'll be gone in the morning!
-
I'm in maintenance as well...although I wouldn't mind losing a FEW more lbs in the next few months. :) I'm currently 5'3" and about 120-122 lbs (been bouncing somewhere between these two numbers)! I'm gonna add ya! :)

I'm trying to figure this out as well...but honestly, I'm just going to keep running the distance and see if my speed increases naturally. :)
