I set my goal for about what I weighed when I got married. I feel like I looked good at that weight and felt healthy, with just the right amount of curves.

I just finished W2D2 today, and decided to continue the intervals (90sec running/2min walking) for a full 5k, just to see how fast I would finish...and my time was 43:30! I didn't think that was too bad! :)

A month ago I would have said walk...now I'm thinking RUN! :)

This is how I feel about it, as well! Vacations are for relaxation and no worries! If you are really concerned about it, here are some tips: - Fill half of your plate with fresh fruit or veggies at every meal - Split desserts with someone. You don't need a whole slice of cheesecake to feel satisfied. Really. You don't! ;)…

I agree that as long as you are hitting your macros, you absolutely can eat in moderation and lose weight. I am more likely to eat that healthy turkey sandwich for lunch if I can have a few chips with it (a few, as in half a serving...just to quench my taste for salty/crunchy goodness!). I am more likely to behave all day…

I'm 28 and have been active on here for the past 2 months, and I love this site. I'm was looking to lose around 25 lbs, and I'm just about halfway there at this point! Only 9 more to go! My job is a little more active than yours, since being a nurse I spend most of my shifts on my feet...but it really isn't exercise, my…

I would like to continue with Couch to 5K and make some progress there...and I'd like to hit 125 on the scale by the end of March! Currently right around 128 and can't seem to budge down! :)

That is absolutely wondeful! Commitment really does pay off!

You look amazing, and I bet your heart is VERY happy! How hard was it to give up eggs and dairy?! I don't think i could do it...

Bumping this up! I have an old school ipod shuffle (1gb, haha) because my nano broke and I just can't spend the money for a new one! How do you go about downloading the suze's podcasts and then getting them onto your ipod?

I've had back surgery, about 12 years ago. I am fused from T3 to L1, so it's most of my back. Other than the physical limitations of not being able to arch my back, I really have no problems at all! I take all of the normal classes...body pump, aerobics, step aerobics, zumba...I can lift weights and do cardio. No problems…

You made a BEAUTIFUL bride! And your weight loss is fantastic! Do you have any tips or tricks to your success?

I just completed W2D1 this morning, outdoors this time. I try to do outdoors when I can, but the cold weather and wind sometimes prevent it. I felt like the 90 second intervals went by quicker than i thought they would. But the hills in my neighborhood are SO hard for me. My speed is still pretty slow...but I think I'm…

Hey there! I'm Amanda, and I have about 8 lbs left to go! I would love to be friends and motivate each other! And to the previous poster... What brand flour tortillas do you use??

You story is so inspirational to so many. Wow. Your commitment is enviable. For most of us, I don't think this journey is ever over. In fact, I think it gets harder when you maintain, because there isn't the push to see the scale drop another digit every week. There are no increments of success to look forward to! But we…

I totally indulge on special occasions, and even for a few meals a week. I try not to let most indulgences ruin my counts for the day, however once in a while it can't be helped. We are human, and we have cravings and weak moments. If you can kick it back into gear after that indulgent snack/meal/day, then you are winning…

That is amazing!!! :) I want to be like you!

I just started couch to 5k this week as well! Today will be week 1, day 3! So far, so good! Can't wait til I can tackle the longer running intervals! Everyone, feel free to friend me! I would love to have friends in the same boat!

I haven't lost huge numbers, but then again I didn't have a ton to lose in the first place... But here's how I see it... This is not REALLY a diet. It's a lifestyle change. I don't want to make any changes that are so drastic that I won't be able to keep them up for the rest of my life. Will I never eat at McDonalds again…

You were beautiful before, but since losing the weight you look even more amazing and radiant!! :) Congrats on your success!

I weigh in daily no matter what. I understand that I will fluctuate, and it just motivates me to work harder!

If you want to go out for a nice dinner on Saturday night, get your butt to the gym and BUST *kitten* for an hour to earn those calories! You don't have to give it up entirely, you just have to work hard and earn that yummy dinner!

1. how tall are you? 5'3" 2. how old are you? 28 3. how much do you weigh? I've been right around 129 for the past several days (started at 143 in late December!) 4. how many gross calories do you eat? Right around 1100-1300, a bit more if I exercise. 5. how many net calories do you eat? I try not to eat back most of my…

I am a fellow daily weigher (once in the morning, once at night). I really can't help it. I like to see how different meals affect my weight. It's fascinating to me. I only log when I've seen a consistent new number for atleast 3 days! I realize that our bodies fluctuate a ton, so I don't get down unless I see a higher…
