My weight has steadily increased over the years since I've been on the pill, despite not changing my eating habits. :( It also makes me moody as hell. But the benefits outweigh the side effects I guess. Can't do without it... LOL

I am 5'2 3/4" (yes, the 3/4" counts...as we all know) My goal weight for now is 125. Once I get there, if I feel like I could go a little lower, I'll work towards that. No lower than 120, though! Currently 134...it's not too far away...

BMI is a load of bull, IMHO! It is a loose generalization and seems way off for many people. I don't know why doctors use it as a gold standard. Mine was a day and a half early since starting this process, and was MEGA heavy. I'm due again this week, so we'll see what happens. I do 60 minutes, 4 times per week. Mostly cardio, but some days I will do a circuit training class instead! :)

You are doing your heart a lot of good by eating healthier and exercising. I bet your cholesterol level has dropped too. It's amazing the changes to our body (inside and out!) when we start taking care of ourselves!

I don't have a ending deadline. By Valentine's Day, I would like to be down to 130, which will be halfway to my goal. But if I don't make it, that's okay too....I'm still making progress each day, no matter whether the scale shows it or not! :)

Sometimes I will portion my treats into small bags and throw away the big bag (for cheetos and chips especially). Once I'm finished my bag, that's it.
