I'm staying simple and just doing a 300+ calorie cardio workout on NYE and NYD! I've already clocked my time in for NYE, and now I'll have encouragement to watch my intake tonight at the party I'm going to and to limit my alcohol intake! Gotta be able to clock in the same workout tomorrow, ya know? :)

After reading so much about the ill effects of diet soda, I decided to cut wayyyy back. I use to drink about 4 cans per day, which now seems ridiculous to me. I love the mini blizzards. They are the best thing DQ could have done. If I am REALLY craving one, I'll allow myself a little one, and I'll leave the plain icecream (they never put enough mix-ins in there, do they?!) at the bottom untouched. I'm SURE it's water weight....The first week that I started working out, I gained 3 lbs.
