  • You're doing great!!! I've been totally off the MFP wagon lately. Although I haven't been doing body revolution, I can see how following the program for the first 8 weeks helped me. I keep saying I'm going to pick back up on week 9 and finish strong, but I can't seem to bring myself to it.
  • Way to go ladies! I've been neglecting MFP lately, so I haven't been here to check in. I totally fell off the JMBR wagon over the past couple of weeks. I got bored with the workouts, so I just started running more, but I want to start up again and actually finish the program :)
  • I had the toughest time staying on track this past week! I got my running in, but not my workouts. Now that Christmas is over, I've got to do better. Contemplating whether or not I should re-do weeks 7 and 8 or just start week 9. Anyone else still hanging in there??

  • Workout 6 completed today! I was REALLY sweating today! How's everyone been doing with the workouts?? I still haven't done the Cardio 2 yet since I've been running but, with snow on the ground, I think I'll do it for the first time tomorrow. Hope everyone has been doing well!

  • Got Workout 5 (*from yesterday) in today. I still can't do the crab-- I think my arms are too short or something lol. It wasn't too, bad, but I could definitely feel the burn. My plan for tomorrow is to do Workout 6 and Cardio 2. How did everyone else do today?
  • Great job ladies!!! I totally fell off the wagon while traveling and didn't workout on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday :( I ran a quick mile on the treadmill yesterday, but that's it. I also didn't get up on time this morning to get my workout in since we didn't get back into town until after midnight. I'll get back on track…
  • I got home too late last night to workout, so I doubled up on Workout 4 and Cardio 1 today. It kicked my butt! How's everyone else doing this week?? I know most people are traveling during the holidays, but hopefully everyone is able to get most of the workouts in :)

  • Hi Everyone! And welcome allstatemom :) I got in Workout 4 last night and it wasn't TOO bad, but I was VERY sweaty at the end of it! I didn't do the Cardio 1 this morning, but I ran a 5k at work today :) I will try to get the video in tonight though. Hope everyone has a great day!!

  • Day 12 completed. I didn't get to do the workout for Day 11 (workout 1) yesterday, so I'm going to do it tomorrow along with my cardio. I'm going to replace tomorrow's cardio 1 workout with a 3-4 mile run. I hope everyone is still hanging in there. Week 2 is almost over!!!
  • I only did the first two weeks last time due to illness. I'm not following the meal plan at all, just logging here in MFP.

  • Great Job 1ZenGirl!! I also upped the weights this week. I was using 5lbs and switched to 8lb weights yesterday.
  • Day 8 complete! I had a good burn today. I upped the tempo a little and added the plyometric jumps with the squats. Whew! I felt some improvement today vs. last week with all of the moves. How did everyone else do??
  • I didn't do the Cardio 1 workout today. Instead I took advantage of the nice weather and went for a 4.6 mile trail run. How did everyone else do today?? I'm looking forward to a day of rest tomorrow :)
