  • i'm on south beach so that's how i make my hot chocolate...it's acutally really good!
  • i have 6 celery sticks with 2 wedges of laughing cow light cheese, it takes me about a 1/2 hour to snack and it's only about 90 calories....it's perfect at my desk at work.
  • be careful with the juice! i do south beach diet and the juice is the worst part of the fruit for you....it is all carbs, doesnt quench your thirst or fill you up. drinking too much will lead to high blood sugar...if you want fruit, eat the whole thingg, it's better for you and more filling

  • i take the nature made prenatal vitamin, i feel so much better too! my hair and finger nails are getting really long and i'm not tired all the time. it's a great vitamin even if your not expecting.
  • i buy stop and shop brand light wheat bread; it's really good, i like it better than regulary wheat; and i think it is only 30 calories per slice
  • so i had a rough couple of weeks, and i kind of got off track, i didnt gain, (yay) but i had a mini goal of 10 more lbs gone by my trip to disney world Oct 18th. it's not going to happen now so i'm trying for 6 lbs by then! wish me luck, i've found participating in these chats it really motivates me! i had a great day…

  • yeah, you're supposed to eat all your calories, i guess if you dont on a constant basis your body will go into "starvation mode" and you wont be able to lose anything because your body will store what little it is getting (i read that on this site in another string somewhere)...i'm losing so i guess i should just leave…
  • my husband loves cream cheese on salami, then he rolls it up....doesnt sound good to me, but someone already had my celery suggestion so i thought i'd throw it out there.
  • i used to have a chocolate chip muffin every morning for breakfast.......then i started this and found out it was 600 calories!!!!! that's 1/2 of my daily allowance!!!!!! no more muffins for me, i'll stick to yogurt

  • Dannon was my favorite too.....i switched to yoplait light (all those yummy flavors the woman talks abou on the phone while her husband looks through the fridge for them...) they're 100 calories, but it's so worth it....they are sooooo gooood
  • Hi, this is the 1st time i've ever posted anything on here... if you're busting your butt running, swimming and biking you're probably putting on muscle. Have you been taking your measurements? i would try that.
