Your are ok. As mentioned the carbs are fuel. If your working our and lowing carbs you probably want to look at our other macros and make sure they are in the right range. When I do low carbs I always make sure my protein is is high because I do work out as well.

I was wondering that too. I read it was best to do it everyother day to rest your body. But girl, I finish week 2 saturday. But I am a little nervous to go to week 3 (thinks its just my inner self not being its confident self :)) But I may do week 2 again. But I say listen to your body!! If your feeling it go for it.
