I have a stand up desk. I usually stand 30-60 mins then rest. No elbow problems.

I think we stayed at the same one....shea butter + cocoa butter. Make sure it the thick kind. Best to put on right after drying of so it gets absorbed into the skin.

She took the words right out of my head...lol :) you have to find out what works. You will have to change it up here and there, but stay motivated. I started at 360 and have made it to 275. At 290 I had to totally readjust my calories and excersise to bust through a plateau:) If you want you will get at it and take it :)
