I don't have a recipe but if you're looking for low calorie I suggest Walden Farms salad dressing. They have 0 calories and actually taste really good! You can order online or I know some grocery stores carry their stuff. http://www.waldenfarms.com/products/dressings.html

I started out at 356, I'm down to 279 as of 2 days ago. You can do it! Just gotta keep with it, and really dedicate yourself to get rid of the extra weight. I feel fantastic, and look forward to going to the gym these days. :D

I started it this afternoon and phew! I made it through level 1 but just barely! By the time I was finished my legs were so screaming and I was sweating like crazy. It's super intense and I look forward to seeing how I feel after I finish the program! :D Good luck everyone, we got this! :]
