A few chocolate chips, dark chocolate bar, or ice cream work well for me. Just make room in you diary for it, or exercise

Get some head phones and ignore *kitten*. Always remember that you are walking, they are in a car (not doing anything physical). I seriously think anyone who is compelled to be rude to someone trying to be healthy is insecure and threatened by your motivation. Hold your head up higher and DO NOT give up and let someone who…

I haven't really done this, but I find the fitter I get the more I spend on things like exercise classes and gym shoes. I think what I need most are more workout clothes (my yoga pants are getting baggy) and sports bras. I'd like an HRM, mine quit working. I have been thinking about a fitbit.

I was on BC for the last 15 years. I recently when off of it, due to age and the concerns of the risks. I had no issues. I did, however, supplement with Maca. It is good for helping balance the hormones. I add some to my morning smoothie.

I am in Berkley. I need to fix my bike.

Have you tried to eliminate grains?

I have been called fat my whole life. People like the power they get from bringing others down. The fact is, I am fat (not as much as before but still fat). Yes. And when I decided it wasn't an insult but an observation, it no longer bothered me. I just keep walking. I don't give them the power and I just feel badly for…

Huge progress!! That is so great and you can totally see it! Great job!

Corn Chex won't last long in my house. Fruity Pebbles are not allowed in my house, though...... CRACK

It takes me 3 months at the very least to get used to a new b/c pill. I really love LoEstrin. It is expensive if you don't have insurance but it is what has worked best for me.

You are an amazing inspiration

Mayo, twinkies (RIP), breakfast sausage, donuts (unless they are from a cider mill), cheesecake, and pie crust.

Whole foods and sometimes veggie markets have purplish bell peppers.

I was logging it under Aerobic, High intensity. If you give it your all and you feel that it was a strong workout, then that is what I would suggest. Aerobic low impact if you just bob along. I am an instructor, and I know that the intensity of Zumba depends on your effort. There is a site called zumba calories but I think…

You can eat anything, but what is your goal? Are you trying to develop healthier habits? Have general over all well being? Or just lose weight? A pop won't kill you once in awhile but it will take years off your life if it is a daily thing. Everything in moderation.

I had to hide veggies at first. I added frozen spinach and fresh mushrooms (cut up really small) into pasta sauce. Spinach mixed into mac n cheese worked too. Puree things and add them to sauces and soups. and once he has admitted to liking something, then tell him, he may open up to more things. That is what worked for me…

Bumping up your protein and adding more green veggies can help satisfy you. If you are hungry after you have reached your daily goal, eat some chicken or shrimp.

Watched the Phish concert (live streamed) at my cousin's house and came home early because I am not feeling great. 3 minutes to new year!

I found a nice local bra boutique in my area. I am sure you have a lingerie store near you. That is the best bet, You may even find out that you are wearing the completely wrong size. These bras are often more expensive but They last as long as you wash them properly. The brand I am successful with (I'm a 40E) is called…

My rings are modest, I think. Less than a ct for the engagement (solitaire) and a beautiful band purchased on Etsy. It was far less than 1 month's salary. I wanted to be married and the ring expense was the least of my concern. I chose the engagement ring below the budget given to me because I wanted something practical…

I have Fibro. I have found fewer flares and less intense flairs with daily movement and exercise. It can be very painful when I begin but I know that it'll be much better after 10-15 min. I also cut out most of the processed food and gluten. I am transitioning into a paleo diet, currently. I still have some gluten here and…

I'm a big girl Zumba Instructor. I can do hour after hour of Zumba and every time I leave my students completely exhausted and sweaty. I can understand that my appearance or that of another may be off putting but I would encourage yourself or anyone else to maybe not judge the book by its cover. I chose this job to help me…

I can't wait to get licensed in Sentao! Or have a class near home!
-
I loved it so much that I became licensed and now teach 3-5 times/week! I make up choreography in the car, on my walks, anytime a good beat passes my ears! Zumba has changed my life. When I just need a power hour to myself, I love the Exhilaration!

Your battery could be running low. I really doubt it is accurate. I always subtract 25% of the calories my HRM claims I burned and I NEVER eat back my exercise calories, as that is why I am exercising (to burn calories). So in essence I use mine strictly as an idea of how hard my heart is working and when. I don't believe…

Thank you for the inspiration. You are awesome!!

The blue and white looks so great on you, and seems more graduation than the Black and white, which seems more nice picnic/outdoor event to me.

Yes! Type Zumba into you tube and some song title that you enjoy and I bet there is a routine on there!
