I usually just enter all the ingredients separately. So if I had a mushroom burger I would enter the bun, the mushroom, the ketchup, etc. Then tack on like 300 calories to be safe. I always overestimate when I don't know the calorie count.

Are you sure you're eating enough throughout the day? If I don't eat enough I feel like I'm starving when I get home and eat everything in the house. Also, try keeping busy. I tend to think about food when I'm bored. If I stay busy I'm less likely to think about eating. Or just go to sleep earlier. Who doesn't love more…

Midnight to midnight here as well. I also own a fitbit which calculates from midnight to midnight so its much easier. Some days it will say I ate 3000 calories and some days it will say 1000. But it all evens out over the course of like a week.

Newly vegetarian. 26 years old and I'm looking for more vegetarian friends to help with ideas of what to eat. I grew up in a meat and potatoes family so the idea of a meal without meat is very foreign. I feel like it's so easy to be a carbaholic and just eat pasta and rice for every meal.

I use Brummel and Brown yogurt spread. It's all we ever ate growing up so I still buy it. I'm sure real butter would be much better for me though.

I put it on everything lol. I like to make quesadillas with it instead of shredded cheese. I also spread it on jalapenos or baked potatoes.

I have a million foods I love. But I guess my newest obsession would be sugar snap peas. I'd never had them until recently. Lightly steamed with some salt. yummy!

Ice cream scoop works amazingly well! Much better than my original method of just using a spoon.

I have Ripped in 30, 30DS, and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. I am a fan of all 3 of those. I definitely noticed a difference in upper body strength while doing 30DS. I know of a lot of other people who have had amazing results with 30DS as well.
