Yes and no. Now that I actually know what a portion size is I try to make only enough for 2 meals or so. Before I would just make a huge amount of something and eat 2-3 serving sizes at a time. I would have a lot of leftovers but I would also eat them quickly because I had a complete disregard for what I was putting into…

It can be frustrating. I save a lot of my recipes but even then I don't always follow them exactly so I have to change things a lot. I've just kind of gotten over it. I'm quite quick at logging all my food now.

Maybe try a monkini. They have a bit more coverage but still look super cute.

Before I had a scale what I usually did was look at how many servings were on the box. So if it says it's 8 servings I would just try to divide it up into 8 equal portions.

I make the 3.2.1 cake. You just mix a box of angelfood cake mix with a box of whatever flavor you like. Then whenever you want a cake you take 3 tablespoons of the mix, 2 tablespoons of water, and microwave it for 1 minute. You get a really tasty 100 calorie cake :)

I buy Kernel Seasons (Nacho Cheese flavor is my favorite) and add that to my popcorn. I usually spray it with a tiny amount of cooking spray or butter spray so that it will actually stick to the popcorn.

I will strive for 3 hours! I was doing much better than this before, but I've seriously started slacking off the past month or so.

I've spread laughing cow cheese on flat out flatbread and put a little tomato sauce and veggies on top. It makes a pretty good little pizza! I honestly almost never used regular cheese anymore. Kraft makes fat free shredded cheddar cheese. It doesn't taste too bad. It's 45 calories for 1/4 cup.

Disney is one of my favorite places on earth. You can totally wreck your diet there lol. But don't do it! You'll probably only regret it later and cheeseburgers and pizza will make you feel sluggish and tired and you won't want to walk around all day and see everything. There are many healthy choices and no real excuses to…
