I asked the same thing, and the developers told me there is a Strength Training under the cardiovascular section in exercise. I use that....plus I add my treadmill warm up separate. Hope that helps

When is the chicago marathon? I have been challenged by my son to lose weight and walk in the Rock n Roll marathon in St. Petes Florida next February. I have about 50 pounds to lose to feel comfortable and am training at the same time! I am walking, bike riding, and some elliptical. any other suggestions?
