The best thing that I ever did was buy some running leggings with a drawstring inside the waistband. I used to run in some yoga pants and they fell down all the time. Infact - scrap the 2nd paragraph as have just checked the web browser version of my diary and it has only adjusted it from today. Just seems to be in the app that it has readjusted the last 2 weeks!

I weigh meat, cheese, carby stuff (pasta, rice, porridge etc) and most fruits. I don't bother weighing vegetables - generally I just input the serving as 100g as when I have weighed veg previously a serving has normally ended up being 80-90g so if anything I'm overestimating with the veg.

I feel exactly the same as you. I've put on almost 3 stone since I started my job too! Luckily at the moment everyone in the office is on a bit of a health kick so there's a lot of fruit instead of cake. Anyone feel free to add me as a friend :)

Grazing while preparing food. I would make a healthy meal but while I was preparing it I would eat chunks of cheese or anything out of the fridge that looked tasty. Also too many biscuits/cookies during the day at work. I would eat 2 or 3 with each cup of tea or coffee! I think that plus going back for seconds and thirds…

Love Parkrun! Although recently it's been more tempting for me to stay in bed... I don't even have an excuse as I'm in Scotland and Parkrun starts half an hour later here! How is everyone getting on timewise? Any new PB's recently?

If it was just a single mile I had to run I can run it in around 8:45. In a 5 or 10k race I'll run at around a 9:30 to 10 minute mile and around an 11 minute mile for a half marathon (hopefully this will improve in time though!).
