22lbs down since January and I'm actually starting to see a difference!

You don't seem to be able to. My average weekly calories seem to be messed up too. The daily bars seem to be taking into account my exercise calories but the weekly average is way above what it should be. It's also saying that my net average calories is 12851! Hopefully these are all just bugs that will be fixed soon!

I'm in! I'm hovering around 208 at the moment (but it finally seems to be going down after a month long plateau) and would love to get under 200!! Hoping to be there by the end of June! Anyone feel free to add me!

As soon as I see a loss! I only log losses on mfp but I log daily fluctuations on the happy scale app and that keeps a rolling average so I can see if I'm gaining or losing overall. Works for me!

What I found helps me is breaking my big goal down into smaller goals of 5lb. Its a lot less daunting to concentrate on 5 pounds at a time rather than the whole amount that you have to lose. Feel free to add me as a friend if you want!

Dominos pizza! Every other weekness I can usually fit into my daily cals but Dominos is just so moreish and I end up eating an entire large pizza which will blow my weekly deficit. I can't really justify buying it more than once every couple of months.

I do tuna, red onion, cucumber, tomato and a tiny bit of mayo and mix it all together. It's something my parents used to make me when I was little. It's amazing in a toasted pitta and really filling!

I've had them from M&S before (quite reasonably priced too!) although not sure if they still do them as the last few times I've looked they haven't had any :( Asda do them as well - could you maybe order a shop online and get them?
