Hi everybody....I rejoined MFP in August and dropped 8 pounds so far...my starting weight was140,and now I'm 132. It would be great if I can lose another 8 pounds in September.

Just finished doing this....ouch....but it works.My thighs are much stronger after doing it 5 times. I started last week; tried to do them every day but couldn't (my legs were like jelly for 2 days), so now I'm alternating with Ripped in 30 and occasionally Tae bo. I'm in.When are you starting?

I had a total thyroidectomy 8 months ago.My voice was hoarse only the first and second day.After that it was back to normal. i remember drinking lots of fluids: warm tea ,milk (warm with honey or cold- try to avoid hot drinks) and i also had a bit of ice cream in the first few days.

I try to eat nuts every day,but only a small amount...5 or 6 almonds and i usually try to have different types of nuts like pistachios or peanuts or pine nuts....and never,ever eat nuts from a bag in front of the TV.
