I have been doing it for about a month now and already seeing great results plus its really helping tone my legs! I just downloaded it on youtube. I have always had a wide but flat but that was kinda saggy. Hoping it will help me with all of that!

I myself have not tried it however my father in law has. He was obese for many years and lost a good 100 lbs doing WW and walking and then hit a plateau for many months. The 17 day diet was suggested to him and he followed it exactly and lost another 60 lbs! He looks amazing and feels better at 61 than he did at 31!

My "go to" lunches are usually sandwiches (preferably low sodium turkey breast) with lettuce, tomato, mustard on whole grain bread and an apple and baby carrots to go with it. It fills me up for several hours.

I love Insanity as well!! I completed the 60 day calendar and while I didn't lose any weight, I definitely upped my endurance and can pump out as many push ups as my hubby! :) Now I alternate between Insanity and P90X for a good balance. Good luck!
