I have done both. If you're looking for fat loss then T25 is the way to go. It's packed with cardio with some strength training and conditioning. The workouts are short (28 minutes total to include cool down). I do like T25 for those days that I'm pressed for time and just need to get something good in quick. Insanity,…

I completed T25 this past week and am also a coach, however will give you an unbiased review. I believe this program is great for anyone pressed for time and/or need to lose fat. Like the others said, it is lots of cardio. I was doing Body Beast before T25 and ended up losing a lot of the muscle I had built. After the…

Body Beast is a great weight training program, even for women! The first month is around 45 min each day but after that in the next phase they are only like 30-35 min long and target something different each day. There is a FB group of over 1000 women doing it called "Body Beast 4 women". Check it out! Also, if you're…

I completed the program back in May and had the best results than any other program! Right now I am doing Focus T25, Shaun T's new program. Hope you "enjoy" it as much as I did and have great results! Just remember to stick with it, even if you feel like quitting! You can always modify the moves or take extra breaks if…

I only work out at home and by far the Beachbody programs have been great for me. I love the fact that there is a different workout everyday to keep it interesting and you have an easy calendar to follow! Just got done with Insanity and am currently doing Body Beast and starting Focus T25 tomorrow!!

I am on week 7 Body Beast and am adding Focus T25 into it starting tomorrow!! So far loving the program, except for the whole "fluff" phase die to the macros in Bulk phase. I know it's necessary though to get the results I want!! Don't know if you already have a set of dumbbells but I bought the Bowflex 552's and they have…

This is amazing girl!! Your story moved me to tears!! I must have missed it when you first posted it!! You are truly the example of what I tell everyone!! It is NEVER too late to be the person you wanted to become!! Thank you so much for your story and pictures!!

Awesome results!!! And you went from 0 to 20 push up jacks!! That says so much right there!!! Congrats to you for completing the [program! You look amazing!!

I agree completely with ECR1989. Take it slow if you're concerned. Also, you don't have to go full out like the people in the video. You can modify and take extra breaks when needed until you increase your strength and endurance. It is a very challenging workout on the body and you need to make sure you get enough rest,…

I did Bob Harpers Kettlebell DVD and it was pretty good! I think the production itself wasn't all that great but if you can overlook that and just do the workout, it's a good one!!

Setting small goals are an awesome idea! When you are able to set small short term attainable goals, you're more likely to stick with it and be more successful!! Good for you for taking these steps!! Have several small goals that lead up to that one amazing, crazy cool goal!!

A friend on here gave me this recipe and it's amazing!!! Totally clean too!! http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/2012/07/16/chocolate-banana-soft-serve/

You can do it! I am in Week 3 and have done it before a year or so ago. I have a friend doing it who was not fit and she is pushing through! You may need to modify some of the moves or take a couple extra breaks and that's OK!! Just push through till the end and with each workout, you will get stronger and be able to do…

I am making the transition to clean eating right now. I'm having to do it slowly since I have 4 children who are NOT happy about it. But little do they know they have already been doing it a little...

I don't really have a goal weight as I'm looking to build lean muscle but I tend to weigh between 118-125. I believe this is my "happy weight" since I wasn't really happy when I was 110 lbs. Everyone varies though....
-
YUM!! Definitely going to try this!! Thanks!!

I haven't done this workout, but I am currently doing Les Mills Combat!! Totally awesome and getting great results!! Comes with several different workouts along with a couple HIIT workouts. My husband and I both wear Merrell Barefoot shoes! They are the most comfortable shoe I have ever put on my foot!! I have flat feet and was given orthotics to put in my shoes which made my feel hurt worse! These do not make my feet hurt at all!!! Highly recommend!!!
