My husband and I both wear Merrell Barefoot shoes! They are the most comfortable shoe I have ever put on my foot!! I have flat feet and was given orthotics to put in my shoes which made my feel hurt worse! These do not make my feet hurt at all!!! Highly recommend!!!

I agree with Les Mills Pump. It comes with the barbell and weights and does amazing things for your body! The program is 3 days a week so you could run on the other days! I have done it and will be doing it again soon. Sore means changes are happening however if you are in extreme pain take a day to rest! Always listen to your body! Make sure you are drinking lots of water also!

Yes!! You WILL get there!! It'll take time, patience, and consistency. The 2 things things that helped my legs in shape are running and Brazil Butt Lift. BBL works your entire leg and butt as well as your core!

Honestly, I do it once a month! If I feel that maybe my clothes are getting tighter then I'll go ahead and measure again just to see and I'll reassess to see what I'm doing wrong. But see what works best for you and gives you the most satisfaction!

An easy and delicious way is to bake it in the oven in foil and just squeeze half a fresh lemon over it and sprinkle some lemon pepper over it. Then thinly slice the other half of lemon and place on top of salmon. Wrap foil loosely around and bake 15-20 min.

I've been like this most of my life and it was always due to anemia. However, since I started working out more it seems to have gotten worse. I have several small bruises on my arms, legs, and knee caps and I don't know where they came from. I try to eat a lot of dark green veggies to help.
