  • Day 2 on ripped and am feeling the burn. Definitely sore, but it feels good! I was actually motivated to do the DVD this morning before work. I may just do it again Tonight along with running intervals. I have a cruise in February that I need to "RIPPED" for. What size weights is everyone using?
  • Im also a day late... I started at 180 at my highest got down to 4lbs of my goal of 130. I was in the best shape of my life 2 summers ago and even finished a triathlon. Then my engagement ended and I gained back 20. I could KICK myself. Im back at the grind and need to find the motivation to workout and eat right everyday.…
  • I love this DVD and combined with running intervals this helped me get in the best shape. I have fallen off the wagon and need the help to get back into it!!!! I'm making the resolution now, not on January 1.
