I started using it when I read an experiment someone had done on her husband who was showing signs of Alzheimers. My mind seemed sharper after only a day or two, and if I don't have any for a couple of days I get into a mental fog and start forgetting things.

Yes. Go to youtube and watch videos of people with no legs that are giving their all in the gym. Google up 80 and 90 year olds that are in better shape than most people you see in the grocery stores.
