Thank you for sharing your journey! You give me hope that I can reach my 200lb+ weight loss goal!

Just go for it! I was extremely nervous about starting group classes at my box. But, the people there are extremely supportive and motivating. I have found that it is just more fun when you work out with a group of people rather than on your own!

Because I have so much to lose I reward myself along the way. I finally got below 250lbs so, I bought myself a pair of Reebok Crossift Nano 4.0

I have lost 125lbs so far (it's taken 3 years); I have another 80 to go ideally before I surgery. I fell off the wagon for awhile, but decided I needed to get back on and keep going for my health. Feel free to add me.

I have the Polar Loop and the HT7 hrm. I weat the loop all the time (except when charging) and only use the hrm when exercising (espically because the loop will not track accurately if you are doing activites like biking or lifting weights). The loop is nice because you can swim with it and it tracks your swimming as…

I love my Polar FT7, I use it in combination with the Polar Loop and it syncs with my phone.

My NSV was taking out a pair of jeans that I saved from when I was at my heaviest and taking a picture (it's now my profile picture) and seeing how far I have come.
-
I am currently using the Polar Loop (activity tracker) and the Polar H7 it syncs with the loop and you can track using the Polar Flow software on your phone.

1. Get back to Clean Eating 2. Plan out meals and snacks better (have fruit or cut up veggies available so not tempted to use machine at work if hungry) 3. Continue with Crossfit and Swimming *I am currently using the Polar Loop with the H7 heart rate monitor to track activities and what they call "training". So, far I…

I think it depends on the box and the coaches. My physical therapist recommended Crossfit for me. I have severe osteoarthritis in both of my hips and I am trying to get strength, mobility and stability back in them and working on losing weigh so that I have a good outcome when I have my bilateral hip replacement surgery.…

I am a G cup so it is almost impossible to find sports bras. I am currently using two different ones from Lane Bryant, the convertable strap and the molded cup. They run true to size, are very supportive, and wash well. So, far I like both of them equally.

Where do I find the shockabsorber? I wear a 42 G, currently I mostly swim for exercise but would love to try a low impact aerobics class or other gym equipment but I cannot find anything that has the support I need.

I go to the local YMCA, mainly because it is the only place with a pool. I swim a mile at least 2 times a week and I lap swim followed by water aerobics/water weights 2 times a week. I am hoping that I will be able to use the upstairs gym equipment soon, I have a dr. apppointment and hopefully my hips will be ok enough to…

At my max weight 387 lbs, I wore a 30/32....currently I am in between 14/16 and 18/20 on the top and between a 20 and 22 on the bottom....the in-between sizes thing gets frustrating...but I am glad when the smaller size wins :)

Amazing transformation, great Job :) Makes me want to keep with it :)

I would love to know the answer to that, I've lost 80+ lbs so far, still have a way to go but I definitely have skin issues :(

Too many things to list here, but the biggest is to just be treated like a human being. Had a really bad day on Wed., they have family swim at the YMCA and some of the kids were being obnoxious and rude and threw a ball at me and hit me with it and was excited that he "hit the whale".......Worst is the parents did and said…
