Yeah it can be really hard but I won't let this beat me. If anything the fact that I can't eat gluten anymore makes it easier for me not to go out to fast food when Im stressed xD

If you were looking at the scale, keep in mind too that MUSCLE weights more than fat. So for the first month or so your going to see your scale go up because your gaining muscle, even though you may lose an inch at your waist or hips. Don't always trust your scale.

It's more making sure that I don't binge.
