I was not eating them back, but then I read this: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/10589-for-those-confused-or-questioning-eating-your-exercise-calo and now I'm eating a portion of them back, depending on the day and how much I exercise. The last thing I want to do is lose muscle!!!

Yes, I count my fruit calories. I also try to eat fruit with some sort of protein, even if that is just 4-5 almonds (recommendation from my trainer). Also, I think that the "eat all the fruit you want" on Weight Watchers is a misunderstanding. I am a lifetime member and have been through several of their program changes.…

Chick-fil-a Chargrilled Garden Salad with Sunflower seeds, no croutons. I use my own olive oil and spices for the dressing.

Sounds yum! I just finished all of my calories for the day so I will have to try it tomorrow. I love coffee ice cream!

Chaged up my diet as you recommended and had a great run! Thanks for the suggestion!

Losing and maintaining a healthy weight is a lifestyle change. It took me a while to change my way of thinking. I'm not ON a "diet"... this IS my diet. What made you lose motivation last time? Sounds like you are on the right track, tho!

That totally counts!!!

Thanks for the info! I guess I could have posed the question to endurance athletes. I have not trained for a marathon or half marathon while tracking my calories so closely. I usually just eat based on my energy level, etc. Despite the lack of energy, it has been a good learning experience having a log of everything I have…

I dried my jeans in the dryer and they fit great this morning! I have been hanging them dry because they have been too tight!

I have made this cake and it's great! I made it in a bundt pan and drizzled icing over the top. I have also made it with spice cake mix and it was great, too!

I do not even own a scale. I have not had one since 1998. I do better not weighing in daily and if I owned one, I would step on it every single morning. I weigh at the gym and I only weigh about once a month. I usually know if I'm losing or gaining by the way my clothes fit.

I'm new here, too, and I have been reading a few posts that say you should eat them. I would like to know, too.

And if I didn't make it very clear, I did NOT use hCG drops to lose the weight. I ate less and moved more :)

A good rule of thumb to remember: Healthy living is a lifestyle. Whatever you do to lose the weight is what you will have to do to maintain the weight.... drops, pills, starvation, portion control, exercise, whatever. I lost 60 lbs. and have kept it off for over 10 years. I didn't gain it all in an instant, so expecting to…

First, Congratulations on tackling your first Half Marathon! Everyone is different as far as what they eat and when, but I don't eat much the morning of a race. Most things you read will tell you to eat a small amount (1/2 bagel with peanut butter, etc.), but it doesn't work for me. I take a few gel packs with me for…

CONGRATULATIONS! That is so very cool! You should be very proud of yourself for such an amazing accomplishment!!!!

I would probably pay $100 for a pecan pie with no calories, LOL!

The fairs that I have been to have fresh pineapple or maybe share a turkey leg with someone??? I'm not sure what the colorie count is on a turkey let, but it's better for you than a funnel cake

AWESOME! Had to do them in my heels at work... glad I have an office door that locks!!!

I run inside and outside all year long and have never noticed a difference. Have you ever had blisters on your arches before? It may just be time for a new pair of shoes???? The only time that I have noticed change is when I up my miles per run. Anything under 5-6 miles I'm fine, but over that I might get a blister or two.…
