  • I usually only access MFP from my phone, and I hate that we don't have access to the community from the mobie app. Anywhoo, yesterday I burned over 440 calories...BUT only dran 2 glasses of water. I suck when it comes to water, or fluids in general :(
  • If you're dedicating that much time to working out with no results. I'd stick to 60-75 mins per day (5-6 days) and up the intensity!!

  • Sorry. I'll make my dairy viewable. I'm eating b/n 1200-1300 cal per day, and working out 5-6 times per week. My BMI is 26.26, so technically I'm overweight. I only want to lose 15lbs which would put near my pre-pregnancy weight.
